Improve Qualifications, Motivate by Participation:

Creating an Intervention for Indonesian Companies with so-called "OSH Information Nuggets".

The online training sessions were conducted by Aslihan Memisoglu for the A.U.G.E. Institute with a total of 68 participants from a textile factory, who in turn carried out the on-the-floor training sessions every two weeks with approx. 3 - 7 operators in their factory department. For the On the Floor trainings, posters on the various OSH topics were developed and prepared in English and Indonesian.
